• All service adjustments/redos must be performed within two weeks of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied.

• We kindly ask that any changes, rescheduling and cancellations are made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid for forfeiting any fees

• All guests who cancel/reschedule after the 48-hour cancellation or whom "no call/no show" to any appointment will be charged 50% for the missed appointment.
