For new clients: a credit card is required to book an appointment; in doing so, you acknowledge our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Policy: we require notice 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a $25 service fee. Also, 'no show' appointments are subject to the same service fee.
Groupon holders-will be subject to our 24-hours cancellation policy as well; otherwise your Groupon will be forfieted.
